- Enquiry data — information you send us about buying, selling or listing a business, or booking a call.

- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
- To pass your job application (including your CV) to the relevant hiring company you have chosen to apply to.
- To facilitate introductions between buyers and sellers where you have asked us to.
- To improve and maintain the website.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you give by submitting a form), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interests in operating our business — always balanced against your rights.
5. Job applications and third parties
When you apply for a role advertised on this site, your application and CV are sent by email directly to the hiring company named in that listing (for example, applications for the Cleaner role are sent to Hiring Point). Form submissions are processed through a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit) purely to deliver your message to the correct inbox. Once your application reaches the hiring company, that company is responsible for how it uses your data. We recommend you only share information you are comfortable providing.
6. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the hiring company or counterparty you have chosen to contact, with service providers who help us operate the site, or where required by law.
7. Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability.
